Consulting Services

Fees: R1100 per hour, or part thereof, payable on presentation of invoice.
Fees exclude travel & accommodation outside of the Gauteng area (Republic of South Africa).

An initial client visit is held with the stakeholders to determine their objective(s) of using our services. That meeting will assist in determining the scope of the project.

Upon presentation of our Proposal, we explain the time-line and roadmap that our services will follow in terms of our data collection, analysis, program implementation and follow-up scenarios.

Upon acceptance of our proposal a Letter of Engagement for our services will require signature by the client prior to the commencement of any of our services.

We also sign a bi-lateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (and where necessary a Non-Circumvention Agreement). This protects the confidentiality and ownership of the intellectual property and trade information of the client and Polarity.

We will perform certain data collection at the client and with the client. All our interactions are transparent in nature so that an integrated, honest and trustworthy relationship is set up . We will advise where the client can limit costs incurred with Polarity by advising which documents the client can prepare beforehand for use.

We offer follow-ups and monitoring on a retainer basis to ensure future progress is maintained.

Speaking engagements:

Engagements are charged per hour on a pro-rata basis on a minimum 1 hour

Fee:  R5500 per hour, or part thereof.
Fees exclude travel & accommodation outside of the Gauteng province (Republic of South Africa).

Cancellations: Confirmed speaking engagements will be charged for in full unless cancelled in writing at least 2 weeks  in advance.

Integrative Thinking 1-day seminars

Our 1-day seminars, Foundation Circle or Global Sphere, require a minimum of 15 attendees.

Candidates can be individuals, or teams from corporates and other organisations.

Fee:  R1900 per candidate payable in advance, and includes tea and coffee refreshments.
Fees exclude travel & accommodation outside of the Gauteng area (Republic of South Africa).
Cancellations: cancellations of confirmed attendees will be charged for in full.

Life coaching & Business coaching 

Coaching sessions are 90 minutes duration.

Fees exclude travel & accommodation outside of the Gauteng area (Republic of South Africa).

Scheduling:
1 appointment per week in the first month.
Thereafter, sessions occur fortnightly, for 2 month.
Thereafter, 1 session per month for the next 2 months.

Fee:  R750 per session, payable in advance.
Cancellations: Appointments will be charged for in full unless cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
