The Open Brilliance credo is:
“Enable (verb): to build a spirit, to provide hope, to inflate curiosity, to promote an ability to see beauty, to nurture the imagination. To provide meaningfulness.”

The creative potential of our general youth is eroded entirely during a process that the world currently calls education. 

A remarkable comment made by a scholar in the USA: “When I go to school I have to power down!“   This comment’s richness accurately defines the state of our education systems ….and could also realistically have been made by a teacher as well.

In our rapidly shifting world, we are requiring the most brilliant application of our talents and our future generations. We have to enable our children to rise with the challenges of our modern world, and not let them be stunted by archaic thinking that “we just do what we do, because that’s how we have always done it !”

Open Brilliance is focussed on 12 – 25 year olds, identifying, and bringing to the fore the unique gifted potential and talent of every candidate we engage. We then map that talent against trends and business, and support it with mentoring and coaching programs so that ultimately we have candidates who are creative implementors, with solution-thinking minds who do what they are happiest doing.

We set out to give these youngsters a springboard to a destiny with direction so that they can bring their vision and their difference to our world with flair, confidence and passion.
